Public beta notice
Privacy
Effective September 10, 2026
The current prototype is intentionally data-light. Symptom text and questionnaire answers are handled in your browser tab and are not submitted to a Dr. Aloha account, database, or medical professional.
Symptom information
Your symptom text and answers exist only in the temporary memory of the open page. They clear when you reload or close the page. The current app has no account system, symptom history, cloud record, or human review queue.
Please do not enter your name, date of birth, address, medical-record number, or other identifying details.
Routine technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and security providers that deliver the page may automatically receive routine technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic logs. That information is separate from the symptom text processed in the page.
Analytics and advertising
The current site code does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party symptom tracking. Dr. Aloha does not sell symptom entries because the prototype does not receive or retain them.
Age and scope
This beta is intended for adults age 18 and older. It is not designed to collect information from children.
Future features
If accounts, saved conversations, analytics, integrations, or other data features are added, this notice will be updated before those features are made available. Meaningful changes will be identified by a new effective date.
Questions
A public support channel is not yet enabled for this early beta. Do not send personal health information through domain-registration, social-media, or other informal channels.
This notice applies only to public beta v0.1. It is a plain-language description of the current prototype, not a representation that Dr. Aloha is covered by HIPAA.
